The content and scope of services will be specified in detail within the quotation or contract agreed upon with each customer.

3. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for service execution.

• Make payments on time as agreed.

• Do not use the services for unlawful purposes or to cause harm to third parties.

4. SalesRepX Rights and Responsibilities

• Deliver services strictly within the agreed scope.

• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Provide periodic, transparent reports on implementation progress.

• Reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the customer violates applicable laws or these terms.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Customers must pay in full according to the agreed quotation or signed contract.

• Certain services may require upfront payment before commencement.

• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where SalesRepX is unable to deliver the service as committed.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SalesRepX shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the agreed scope of services and capped at the service fees already paid by the customer.

7. Service & Terms Modifications

• SalesRepX reserves the right to modify service content, pricing, or terms of use as necessary.

• Any changes will be published publicly on the website and take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
